Search Advisory Committee for Director of Human Resources

Dear Members of Our Campus Community,

As was announced earlier this winter, Cynthia Señeriz has retired after nearly nine years of service and leadership to our campus community, and 20 years in the University of California system. Lisa Romero has graciously agreed to serve as Interim Director of Human Resources while we conduct a search for our next Director.

Following consultation with our Academic Senate, our administrative colleagues and EVC, and our Chancellor’s Staff Advisory Council and Staff Assembly, I am pleased to announce the formation of the search advisory committee for our next Director of Human Resources. Associate Vice Chancellor Dana Mastro and Associate Vice Chancellor Renée Bahl have graciously agreed to serve as co-chairs of this committee. I thank each of the committee members listed below and the co-chairs of the committee in advance for their commitment to help our campus community with this important task. I also thank all of those who have been part of the consultation process in the formation of this committee.
