Search Advisory Committee for Dean of College of Creative Studies

Dear Members of our Campus Community,

As I announced in my memo of February 29, Dean Bruce Tiffney has decided to return to teaching and research, effective July 1, 2016, after more than a decade of exceptional leadership of our College of Creative Studies.

I am pleased to announce that the search advisory committee for the next Dean of our College of Creative Studies has now been formed and that Professor Omer Blaes has graciously agreed to serve as chair of this committee.

I thank all those who have been part of the consultation process in the formation of this committee. I also thank each of our committee members and the chair of the committee in advance for their individual commitments to help our campus community with this important task.
