RE: Reminder - August 14 Town Forum on the Furlough Plan
We have received a number of requests for an expanded venue and off-campus broadcast of our Town Hall meeting tomorrow, August 14, from 1-3 p.m. While the meeting will be held in Campbell Hall, we will also broadcast to rooms in Buchanan Hall if Campbell Hall fills. Buchanan 1910 will be the first overflow room, and others (1920, 1930 and 1940) will be opened if this fills as well.
For those off campus, the meeting will also be webcast; please see the attached guide sheet on how to connect to the webcast. (Those who are on campus are encouraged to attend in person if possible, so that the streaming connections can be saved for off-campus viewers.)
A podcast of the meeting will be prepared as well; we will notify the campus when this is available.
We hope these arrangements will be helpful in accommodating as many people on and off campus as possible. We look forward to your participation tomorrow.
